What types of property do you work with?
Single rooms, house shares (HMOs), flats and houses. Email us the details and we'll tell you how we can help.
Do tenants pay any fees?
No. In line with the Tenant Fees Act 2019, we don't charge tenants. Our fee is paid by the landlord.
Who decides on the tenant?
You do. We screen and shortlist applicants, and the final decision is always yours.
Do you collect rent or hold deposits?
No. Ours is a tenant-find service. Rent and deposits are arranged directly between you and your tenant.
Are you regulated?
Outer Nest Ltd is a member of the Property Redress Scheme. If you're unhappy with our service, you can use our complaints procedure and then refer the matter to the scheme.
